Sales   to the UK only through the website, for the rest of Europe please contact us   with your request and we will send you a invoice through paypal

You can order & pay through the website with Paypal or credit &   debit cards which are processed by Paypal, If paying by cheque -Order will be   dispatched once cheque has cleared.

Your safe shopping   guarantee is effected through the use of paypal to complete our internet   payment process, you may use all major credit and debit cards-(You   don’t need a paypal account!)or   your Paypal account if you have one

We will not send any orders without payment.

Shipping   & Handling

All orders will be sent with Royal Mail 1st class standard or recorded   signed for (Masdevallia CD will only be sent recorded), if order is lost or   damaged we will have to put into place a claim from Royal mail .

We have tried to make postage as   fair as possible, if you think otherwise then pleaseContact usand leave feedback ,   to save costs on packaging; recycled packaging may be used this does not   effect your purchase but helps the environment and keeps costs down.

Returns

If a product is damaged upon   arrival we will exchange it, you will need to send the product back to us   with a photo of the damage. If you are not happy with any item this may be returned to us for a full refund minus postage both ways, unless the item is faulty then you will be sent a replacement at no cost to yourselves; Stock permitting.
